Create “update local SDLF installation with changes from upstream” runbook #88
Description
With SDLF 2.10.0 this is likely a lot simpler than before ; users are assumed to have a private copy of the SDLF repository that is used for their deployments. Files can be updated in that repository and things redeployed as they test it.
