Error on 'update'

• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

Linux 6.6.87.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2 - Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS

Expected behaviour

Kiro-cli updates on kiro-cli update

Actual behaviour

Error indicating to run doctor. Running doctor returns success. Update still results in an error.
