Android title shows on the "Choose how to secure this app" screen

Description of problem

Edit: The solution for this issue is to implement device security method detection, which involves native methods in bcsc-core, UI changes to this screen, and alternate navigation if device security is not available. That's why we estimated it as a 5 even though the issue on the surface is just an incorrect label.

Original: The label for the phone security option is not labeled correctly.

Expected behavior

Start app setup, and proceed to the Choose How to secure screen.
Note the label on the first button
