random "403 Forbidden"

i use a variety of links (i have 5, all the others are blocked by goguardian) to access this proxy. randomly when trying to access any site through the proxy links, i get the error message "403 Forbidden". i will attach a screenshot of the error message screen below. sometimes only one link is broken, sometimes all but one, sometimes none of them work, and i can never predict when my links will go down. is there any way to fix the issue? or are there any other links i can use in case my usual ones go down? (if so, i'll give a list of the already blocked links if anyone wants to reply with other links i can use.)

This is common in chromium browsers, you should remove all your cache.You remove cache same place you clear history.
