feat: add support for electrum protocol v1.7 #191
Description
As discussed OOB with Davidson, adding support to v1.7 protocol would add a better UX for BDK wallets that uses electrum servers as a chain source, specially when it's not using indexes, as passing the xpub to the server for rescan would not be necessary anymore. It would allow wallets to use Floresta-based electrum servers, with a great UX.
It's just a discussion/tracking issue at the moment, as the new v1.7 protocol version is still a working in progress, see: spesmilo/electrum-protocol#2
It should be further discussed and addressed after #190.
