[Bug] Autocomplete Multi Select Flickering on Fast Navigation

• Package: @clack/prompts
• Package Version: 1.0.0-alpha.9

Describe the bug
If I fast navigate multi select it causes a visual flickering

To Reproduce
Clone repo
Install deps
Run bun run src/cli/index.ts render

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Run command above
• Hold and press arrow key
• See flickering

Expected behavior
Smooth navigation
