Compatibility with newest RetroRules release?

The newest RetroRules release significantly expands the reaction templates - is RetroPath compatible with the newest RetroRules release?

Hi @BGemler, not yet, but we are working on it.
While the SMARTS formalism in used is compatible, but the RetroRules export needs to be extended to ensure full compatibility with RetroPath RL. I will keep this issue open and update it once this is released.
