The JS example on [this page](https://docs.buttplug.io/docs/dev-guide/writing-buttplug-applications/api-basics) contains this line: `<script src="[buttplug CDN url here, see buttplug-js README for location/version]"></script>` I don't see any CDN URL in the READMEs. Is there still a CDN, or does the doc need updated?
