Support Intel APX.
Additional context
Intel is adding a new and complex instruction set extension that provides access to 32 GPRs. Its encoding includes a new prefix REX2 (D5 xx) and extensions to EVEX. It also includes new syntax {nf}, {zu} and {dfv}.
