Local build of site failing

It seems to be that our entire folder structure now completely differs from the template for the Workbench, and I was unable to get our site to build with a new Workbench install. Looks like it is expecting this:

whereas our site has _episodes without the data/, fig/, files/ and we have a central fig/ folder at the top level. Seems like we need a complete reorganisation? Was anyone aware this was happening?

What is the error you are getting? Maybe try to update varnish? Not sure that has anything to do with the directory structure though but varnish has been updated to support Mermaid. @bielsnohr

I think the data, fig, files folders always used to work like that (maybe were not explicitly created) - you were always able to have figs that relate to episodes or learners or instructors or stick them in the top level fig folder.
