Local build of site failing #505

It seems to be that our entire folder structure now completely differs from the template for the Workbench, and I was unable to get our site to build with a new Workbench install. Looks like it is expecting this:

whereas our site has _episodes without the data/, fig/, files/ and we have a central fig/ folder at the top level. Seems like we need a complete reorganisation? Was anyone aware this was happening?
