Admine project is the filter not working properly

Hello,
I am using redmine 2.2.4 project tree view admin page not working properly following issue hitting

1. When I filter for archived projects they do not show up. Only when I choose "All" they show up.
2. When I filter for closed projects I do not see. However, have changed "Web OTC" from Archived -> UnArchived -> Closed
3. When I change the state of the project "Unarchived" to "Archived" the expand all state was not retained
