Is this fork still compatible with nylas service offering?

I am excited to see a port of sync-engine with a pulse! However, since the original repo hasn't seen updates recently, I'm curious how well this fork has kept up with Nylas's API over the years. Is this an easy thing to answer "yes" or "no," or is it closer to "it's complicated?"
