If Marathon requires forced deployment, prompt user #2
Description
We could prompt the user if we should force deploy when Marathon requires it.
Today you will get errors like Result: {Message:App is locked by one or more deployments. Override with the option '?force=true'... and we have the -marathon.force flag to enable this.
