use bosh/intergration docker image instead of basing of golang image

i think we should rewrite the docker file so that we can base it of bosh/integration

Currently, the bosh docker images are relocated from Docker to github container registry. This should be also considered.

I think the relocation to ghcr is done or at least the images integration image is there so PRs to address this should be doable.
