bug: specified include file glob pattern is not considering matching files

I am trying to target all the .md files in the repo https://github.com/redcanaryco/atomic-red-team under the folder atomics/ and it's sub-directories.

I selected the Include option and set the glob pattern to atomics/**/*.md and it is not able to match any .md files even after setting file size to 100mb
