bug(ui): selected/marked files not affected when changing between Exclude and Include pattern

The selected/marked files should swap when changing between Exclude and Include patterns as seen below. This is currently broken on the main branch.

1. When we select files to include/exclude, the change pattern does not correctly update the frontend
2. When we ingest with include/exclude files, they're not included in the tree provided by the response (cf: screen from ix-56h)

I'll fix this.

And also i think there's an issue with the download feature, we probably download the crop version instead of the full version but i need to double check. Hopefully it's not on prod for now.
