I want to build a tool that can change the image that showd on canvas using opencvjs, how can i make this tool?

I want to make a tool that called [KiSharpen](http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms534073(v=vs.85).aspx), and it can change image that showd on canvas? how can i make these tool ? is anyone can give some help? i do not find any base tool that i can use now
