apply_pre_translations is missing a required argument

Calling it results in:

ValidationError: http_status=400, request_id=None, detail: None, context=b'{"errors":[{"error":{"key":"branchIds","errors":[{"code":"isEmpty","message":"Value is required and can't be empty"}]}}]

There is no way to pass the list of branchIds to the call, there is no such argument.
