Says "No Internet Connection" when signing in

I am using Windows 8.1 and an application specific password.

When I try to sign in to my account it just chains "No Internet Connection" every 10 seconds. I have tried uninstalling everything and removing all of the local data.

Try the main account password, not an app passowrd (those will never work).

Save issue here on Win 7 with my main Google p/w. How do you change Google accounts in this?
