ease requirement on llm packages #239
Description
Some of us enjoy and consider litecli quite useful without llm, so it would be nice if llm (with its aditional dependencies) was optional and the functionality available only when the requirements installed.
This would also make it easier for downstream distributions to not have to choose between patching this out or package and maintain a bunch of additional dependencies.
