Can't select Music Folders

Bug Description

With the most recent version (1.0.4) on Android I can no longer select a Music Folder. When I go to the Library settings, the Music Folder option just shows me all available Music Folders, but I can't selectively enable/disable them.

Steps to Reproduce

On Android:
Go to Library > Settings > Server > Music Folders

Expected Behavior

I should be able to enable or disable certain folders.
