feat(tests): add unit tests for authHook and requireAuthHook

- Introduced unit tests for authHook to cover various scenarios including database configuration, session handling, and error cases.
- Added tests for requireAuthHook to ensure proper authentication checks.
- Updated package.json to include a new unit test script for the backend.
- Configured Vitest for unit testing in the backend service.
