feat: Implement MCP Server Catalog Management UI
- Added McpServerTableColumns.vue for displaying server details in a table format.
- Created add.vue for adding new MCP servers with multi-step form functionality.
- Developed index.vue to list and manage MCP servers, including search and filter capabilities.
- Defined types for MCP server data structures in types.ts.
