Exclude Hotfix from being checked for

I would like to be able to exclude the "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus" for being checked for as this can change multiple times during any given period. Since I exclude MS Defender from my builds (we use something else) I do not need to get a failure for that one update. Any help would be appreciated
