Basic auth

Hi,

Would you accept a PR that adds basic auth as a config flag with a "username:password" as config?
I am replacing big complex cloudflare worker/pages and using this app to host the SPA parts.
We have basic auth configured in the global proxy worker currently, but I can easily add that in the various api endpoints, but then not for the frontend.

It feels a little bit backward to implement basic auth in the SPA layer itself, so wondering if that is a sensible addition to spa-to-http instead.

Lmk what you think and I'll submit a PR if you like the idea!

I solved this in the LB layer but I still think it would be nice to have on this package for simplification.
Any thoughts @ivictbor ?
