Add loading screens when loading sets and card lists #237
Description
As of v1.8.7, when using the card command and when a user is traversing through the menus, there are no loading screens when the sets and cards lists are loading.
There is a loading screen when a card image is being load. This was the inspiration for expanding the load screen capability.
