Asking a measure whether it supports null values #16
Description
It would be nice if one could ask a measure whether it supports null values. Apparently some measures know it about themselves and print a helpful message to the console when null values are encountered. However, for integration into an application, it would be nice if the application could ask the measure whether it supports a study with null values or whether incomplete data should be filtered from the study before passing it to the measure.
