Add support for TextGamma #36

Add support for Gamma by integrating the code from here:
https://github.com/fab-bar/TextGammaTool
Incidentally, that code is based on DKPro Statistics already, so integrating it shouldn't be too difficult (I hope). Also, the license (AL2) is compatible.
