Hi Team!

One mention of the failed payment part:
They can retry the payment manually by accessing the invoice and clicking on "Pay online"; this will redirect them to Stripe to make the payment.
Indeed, they cannot retry the payment through Docker Hub, but they can through the Invoice/Stripe

We get a lot of cases of people asking us to retry the payment - it does not take long, as we do it from Stripe, but they can also do it from their side.
