Update Catch2v3 dependency to v3.3.0+

Need to update _Catch2 v3_ dependency to [v3.3.0](https://github.com/catchorg/Catch2/releases/tag/v3.3.0) (or later) as soon as [the following CLion issue](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CPP-31805/Catch2-v3.2.1-no-longer-works-with-CLions-Catch2-integration-after-new-attr-skips-skipped) with XML test output parsing gets fixed.
