YouTube video URLS different in topic/reply response

This one has been a head scratcher, so first off I'm asking for someone to verify this bug.

The response I'm getting from the topic which contains a youtube URL looks like this:
<p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1QZSrxlAU8" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1QZSrxlAU8</a></p>

The response for a YouTube url in the replies looks like this:
<p><iframe width="500" height="375" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/QTqD7I3Dksw?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>

Can someone verify this?
