Add section in Lab Manual about forecasting journal club #68
Description
Discussion from Slack about potential aims for the club:
- keep up with the literature / what others are doing and thinking about
- improve cohesion in interests in line with group aims (which would mean papers discussed should be in line with statement of interests)
- encourage reading and engaging with papers as good practice
- train us all in critically reading relevant literature
- improve engagement with others in CMMID who are interested in / working on similar topics to us

Should we go ahead and create the section? We could also provide a brief description of the scope and so forth.
