Settings page #32
Description
We need a settings page to host options.
When I click on a settings icon in the toolbar, I should see a settings page open in a popup modal format.
It should have an X button to close the modal.
It should auto-save when you change a config value. I don't want a Save button that needs to be clicked.
The Use TLS checkbox should not move to this new settings page, it should remain in the footer.
