More parameter explanations within documentation

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is any documentation on some of the parameters that I see in the test-analysis-xxx-.yml that are part of the examples folder in the package.

Eg: geneBlacklistFilter:
genePanelFilter:
and others.

I have checked the "https://exomiser.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html", and can't find any details.
