[BUG] Dock comes up on my main monitor when my mouse moves to the bottom of my 2nd screen

Description of the issue

Dock comes up on my main monitor when my mouse moves to the bottom of my 2nd screen. The dock is enabled for main screen only.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Disable dock on 2nd screen but leave enabled on main screen

Move mouse to where the dock WOULD be if it was enabled. Dock appears on main screen.
