Cannot set up the backend locally with Python 3.13.0. Is there planned a support for newest Python versions like 3.13.0 and 3.14.0?

Workaround - downgrade the Python to 3.12

both uvloop and httptools versions are not compatible with python 3.13.

There's a discussion here suggesting to pin python version 3.12

You can also pin httptools==0.6.4 and uvloop==0.21.0 to temporarily work around the problem.
