• Scalar trait and backends
• Deterministic transcendentals (LUT)
• Motion rule port + v2 payload (Q32.32)
• Feature gates and CI lanes
• Lint guard against raw libm
• Cross‑platform determinism tests

Acceptance

• det_fixed and det_float lanes green across CI (glibc, musl, macOS)
• Motion rule uses Scalar; v2 payload with dual decode
• LUT tables checked in; generator pinned to rust 1.90.0
• forbid raw libm passes in engine crates
