How to run on Spark

Hello There,
I am trying to run batchrefine on the Sark. I executed following command
java -jar clients-cli-1.1.8-jar-with-dependencies.jar spark sample.csv transform.json sampleoutput.csv
but this command giving me following error while executing it.
Spark not found in classpath: do you use spark-submit?
Please help on this.
