Can't scroll directory of the sidebar + jump to the wrong anchor point

1. When a file directory is too long, Can't scroll directory of the sidebar
2. When the directory anchor phase at the same time, the default to jump to the first anchor point

Can you please provide some more information concerning the issue? Maybe you can add some screenshots explaining the behavior your are facing with?
