Remove the admonition about potential inaccuracies in Setup #162

https://gbdev.io/gb-asm-tutorial/part1/setup.html has some kind of notes saying that the install instructions may be inaccurate. This is only loading the reader with a useless warning about potential inaccuracies.
The idea is anyway to not have that page hold any "knowledge" on how to install RGBDS but only redirect to the properly supported webpages (#141) so the note should be removed and we've already mentioned (multiple times) where help can be asked.
