Update dependencies and migrate to rust-dataverse

Replaced the 'dataverse' crate with 'rust-dataverse' and updated several dependencies to newer versions, including async_zip, console, indicatif, md5, regress, and httpmock. Added new dependencies such as dialoguer, rpassword, headers, and futures-timer, and removed unused or obsolete crates. This modernizes the project and improves compatibility with the latest ecosystem.
