`dart-symbol-map upload` does not resolve org from token

I've fixed the issue where dart-symbol-map upload did not resolve the org from an auth token. Here's what was done:

🔧 Changes Made

1. Added get_org_with_cli_input() method to Config (src/config.rs)

   • New method that takes an optional org string directly (instead of ArgMatches)
   • Properly resolves org from: auth token payload → CLI argument → environment variable → config file
   • Includes warning when CLI org differs from token org (same behavior as other commands)

2. Refactored get_org() to use the new helper (src/config.rs)

   • The existing method now delegates to get_org_with_cli_input() for consistency

3. Updated dart_symbol_map/upload.rs

   • Changed from using get_org_and_project_defaults() (which doesn't check token) to using get_org_with_cli_input()
   • Project resolution also improved to properly chain fallbacks

4. Added integration test (tests/integration/upload_dart_symbol_map.rs)

   • New test command_upload_dart_symbol_map_org_from_token verifies org is resolved from token when SENTRY_ORG is not set and no --org flag is provided

5. Added helper method to test framework (tests/integration/test_utils/test_manager.rs)

   • New env() method on AssertCmdTestManager to set custom environment variables

🧪 Tests

All 148 tests pass, including the new test that specifically validates the fix for CLI-260.
