REQ: Support for Synthstrom Deluge #55

Not sure if there is a proper spec somewhere; I found this: https://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/3767/multisample-xml-help
But given the Deluge firmware is open source it should be possible. I expect this involves two things: making sure the sample formats are compatible, and generating this XML file that provides the necessary metadata.
