bad FLAC output

I noticed this when converting files to SFZ with FLAC as output.
The resulting FLACs are "defective"; they don't have the duration info and the MD5 checksum, for example. They also make Sforzando crash.

Yes, known issue. Sadly, the library I use is no longer maintained and so far I could not find an alternative. Will keep looking into it...
