The TOC (Table of Contents) menu icon is located in the top-right corner of the readme.md file.
But the instruction given in this context points to top left corner of that document, which is not clear

@VimalaMoger This is one of those older articles that just hasn't kept up with UI changes. We're trying to mitigate that now by getting rid of screenshots and making instructions more general, such as saying in "in the top corner of the rendered page." I'm going to put a "help wanted" label on this, so you or anyone else can open a PR to fix it.
