The service freno has Disaster Recovery (DR) playbooks that require review.

Why Playbook Reviews Are Required
DR playbooks must be reviewed regularly to ensure they remain accurate and actionable. Outdated playbooks can lead to failed recovery attempts during actual disasters. Playbooks must be reviewed at least every 6 months.

- Alternative communication channels are documented
- Escalation paths are accurate
System Access
- Required entitlements are documented and up to date
- Third-party system links work correctly
- OnePassword vaults and Azure roles are accurate
- First responders have necessary access rights
Recovery Procedures
- Commands can be copied and pasted successfully
- Dashboard and monitoring links work
- Steps are specific enough for someone unfamiliar with the service
- Post-recovery validation steps are included
Scenario Coverage
- All required scenarios are covered
- Security incident handling is addressed
- Multiple causes and outcomes are considered
