Problem Statement

Teams currently face challenges in collaborating effectively on projects due to:

  • Use of multiple disparate tools
  • Difficulty tracking responsibilities and progress
  • Scattered information across various platforms

User Stories

  • As a team member, I want a single hub to see all active projects, so I can easily find relevant information and updates.
  • As a project manager, I need to assign tasks and track their progress centrally, so I understand the status at a glance.
  • As an external partner, I need clear access controls, so I only see information relevant to my contribution.
  • As a team lead, I want to view collaboration metrics, so I can assess engagement and resource allocation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can access all project information from one dashboard.
  • Task assignment and progress tracking are included.
  • Information is searchable and organized by team/project.
  • Access controls for internal/external users are configurable.
  • Collaboration metrics are visible to managers and team leads.

Technical Considerations

  • Integration with existing tools (e.g., calendar, document storage, communication platforms)
  • Scalable architecture to support future external partners
  • Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Mobile and desktop compatibility

Success Metrics
