Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Commit Composer with changes to be committed.
  2. Generate an autocompose commit message.
  3. Make changes in the workspace.
  4. Click the "Reload" button in the Commit Composer view.

Actual result:
Commit Composer does not clear the draft commit details after reloading:

Expected result:
The details should be cleared entirely after reloading.
