Synchronize overlay/editor position with cell position

I saw another issue filed similar, but I'm not sure if they are askign the same thing.

Right now you can edit a cell, and once the overlay is up, scroll the grid, and the overlay doesn't follow the cell that was being edited. This can be confusing because if the editor is hovering over a new row that was scrolled into position, you may not be able to discern its still editign a record that is now out of view.

Is there anyway to say once overlay is up, and the grid gets scrolled, the overlay follows?

Probably my issue #1159. I think this might be difficult to do as the overlays are portal elements that are not within the grid canvas element. The overlays would need to be rendered within the canvas. In my Dash implementation of this library Dash Glide Grid, I created a prop called editorScrollBehavior link that can be set to close the overlay open scrolling of the grid or just prevent scrolling all together. Importantly, these options still allow scroll within the dropdown or multiselect overlays. Its not a perfect solution, but I think it feels much better than the default mode. My implementation still needs a little work - I need to make sure it works well with the other cell types.

Header menus also have a similar issue upon scrolling. I made a custom header menu for filtering the grid and I made it so that it tries to stick to the header upon scroll and to disappear when clicking outside the bounds of the menu. Its also a little bit of a work in progress though - it doesn't seem to handle positioning above the header well when there isn't space to render it below the header.
