arch=30

Hi,
is there an explicit dependency on arch=30 or can we bump this up as appropriate for the P100/V100?

Sorry for delayed response. I would imagine that it wouldn't be an explicit dependency, it would just be a minimum (but I would need to check). That said, I am imagining that this package will likely become obsolete as I am working on the CUDA backend version of gpuR here. I would intend to have the flexibility for users there as well.
